What time does it start? 2pm until 9pm.

Are children allowed? Yes. However, since this is a lakeside event, safety is paramount and we ask that all children must be accompanied by an adult over 21, and not be left unsupervised
Can you bring pets? : Yes but please bring baggies to pick up after your pet and trash waste in appropriate areas.

Is parking free? There is free and paid parking available. Once the free parking is full please head to the paid area.
Can we bring food? You cannot bring food, you can only bring snacks with the purchase of a cooler pass. There will be food vendors for all palates.

What kind of snacks can we bring? Chips, cookies and fruits are ok. Please keep this beautiful area clean and properly dispose of all wrappers and trash!

Can we bring drinks? NO GLASS is allowed. Beverages must be in plastic containers.
​
Who will be performing? This event will have mostly DJs, its all about the vibe and interactions. We will also have a Yoga segment at 12pm as well speakers and hosts, including comedians throughout the day.

What's the difference between express tickets and general? There will be a fast express lane for express ticket holders. They will be able to get right in without any real line. GA ticket holders will need to get in the general admission line.
​
Can we bring a tent? For safety purposes, guests are not permitted to bring tents. You can only bring blankets, pillows, umbrellas & lawn chairs. Tents can be rented in the designated tent area.
​
What comes with the VIP Tent Package? There are several different packages; they come with VIP wrist bands for 10+ guests, 10x10 tent and reserved space, alcohol, food platter, juice, and water. There will also be a special express entrance for you.

It's raining what do I do?: Check social media to see if the event has been cancelled. If so you can use your ticket for the next month's soul and rnb on the lake or you may request a refund. If you do a free RSVP there are no refunds.

What is the cost for vending:
Non food vendors ($250 per day for 10x10 space).
Non truck food vendors ($350 per day 10X10 space)
Food truck vendors ($450.)
*There is currently a 10% discount for early birds
​
How many people will be expected: We cannot guarantee anything but our capacity is 2000 people.
​
When is load in time: 6am the day of event
Will there be overnight security: Yes
